Private sessions with Adam are 60 minutes each and located within Grand Rapids.

Instruments include: 32" Paiste Sound Creation Earth Gong, Handpan (Celtic D Minor),

rain stick, drums, Koshi and wind chimes.

This is a deeply relaxing, meditative practice where you're enveloped by resonant sounds and vibrations from instruments — designed to shift brainwaves, reduce stress, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being by washing over your body and mind. It's a full-body listening experience, often done lying down, using sound frequencies to guide you into a tranquil, dream-like state, promoting healing and self-discovery.
