A focused one-on-one session to bring clarity and direction to your retreat vision.
This session provides a one-on-one container designed to help bring your retreat vision into clear, actionable form. Together, we can refine your purpose, shape your retreat flow, clarify pricing and logistics, or strengthen how you communicate your offering — whatever you feel most called to work on.
A session is sixty minutes and provides experienced guidance, creative support, and practical next steps. You’ll gain clarity and direction that feels aligned with your vision.
A single session is $225.
Payments are accepted via Venmo, PayPal or CashApp. Credit cards include a 3% surcharge.

Ongoing support to help you develop your retreat with greater clarity, confidence, and momentum.
These packages are designed for those seeking continued guidance, accountability, and personalized support throughout the retreat planning process. Rather than a single strategy session, these packages allow us to work together over time—refining your vision, navigating challenges, and building your retreat with greater clarity and confidence.
Each session is 60 minutes and thoughtfully tailored to your goals, with dedicated preparation beforehand to ensure our time together is focused, strategic, and meaningful. You'll also receive personalized notes, practical next steps, and supportive exercises between sessions.

The VIP Mastermind Experience is designed for those seeking a deeper level of guidance, personalized mentorship, and strategic support as they bring their retreat vision to life.
Over six weeks, we’ll work together in extended 90-minute sessions, where you'll receive expert guidance, strategic feedback, and full access to Sacred Sojourn’s retreat resource library — including checklists, contracts, schedules, spreadsheets, forms, and more.
You'll also receive personalized notes, practical next steps, supportive exercises between sessions and a guided workbook with over 75 pages of daily prompts, reflections, weekly exercises and affirmations. By the end of this journey, you’ll be ready to launch a successful retreat and serve with purpose.

In 2018, Adam began working on his very first retreat. For over eight years now, Sacred Sojourn has been immersed in the art of retreat creation, learning through real-world experience, thoughtful experimentation, and continual refinement. We’ve tested what works, adapted what didn’t, and gathered invaluable insight across multiple retreats, locations, and communities. This depth of experience has given us not only strategy, but wisdom we're now called to share. His other work includes working with an indigenous village in the Amazon rainforest, collaborating with TED Talk presenter Dixon’s Violin, founding the successful production company Anahata Productions, and writing and publishing his autobiographical story, I Love: A Story of Consciousness.
