We love to provide opportunities that can authentically shift someone's decision attending an event, from a "no" to a complete whole-hearted "yes." Sacred Sojourn has flexible and accommodating plan options. If you wish to learn more about our payment plan options, please inquire within.

It is very important that all agreements and dates are honored. If one misses a payment or is more than one week late for a payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. One must communicate if they will be late for an upcoming payment and we will do our best to accommodate this.

When registering for an event with Sacred Sojourn, one will be asked to submit a non-refundable deposit and sign a contract to complete the booking. If at any point, one should decide to cancel their trip, the deposit remains non-refundable unless they find someone else to take the spot, which also must be approved. For those wondering why this is a non-refundable deposit, please contact us and we would be happy to share our process.

Sometimes... the unexpected meets us and life happens! We believe in being transparent and prepared. If we ever cancel an event you have booked with us, you have the following options:

  • Full refund returned within 10 - 14 business days

  • Transfer funds to another event, workshop or retreat with Sacred Sojourn

Sacred Sojourn retreats are fully refundable, with the exception of the non-refundable deposit, until six months or 180 days before the retreat start date. Beyond this point in time, exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, emergencies or personal matters. Refunds or credits are not available to a guest who fails to attend, arrives late, or leaves early. No one books with an intention to cancel or postpone, but unexpected things happen, so perhaps consider travel insurance.

Please note any submitted funds are non-transferrable but Sacred Sojourn retreat spots are transferrable. This means when a registered guest is no longer able to attend, they are welcome to gift, sell, or transfer their retreat spot to another person. While they are responsible for this process, they must also receive final approval from Sacred Sojourn regarding the new transfer.
