DAILY JOURNALING PRACTICES
Embrace opportunities to explore your inner and outer world through the beautiful art of writing. Each day, you will be provided journaling prompts and exercises that will amplify your overall experience and help you dive deeper into your meditations.
ALL MEALS + PRIVATE CHEF
Enjoy dining experiences that delight your body with life-giving food. Experience nutrition and nourishment, as all food is prepared with love.
Two meals are shared in sacred silence.

5 HOURS OF MEDITATION PRACTICE
Enjoy moments of grounding and centering, with daily opportunities to deepen your meditation practice. You are encouraged to bring your own blankets, bolsters or props for your comfort.
There will be five formal sessions (60 minutes each) throughout the gathering.
1-DAY SACRED VOW OF SILENCE
All participants are required to embrace a full day of silence, which begins the morning of our second day together.
This period of silence and stillness is intended to be a time for deeper rest, introspection, and mindfulness.
ACTIVE MEDITATION EXPERIENCE
This is a powerful shaking and dancing meditation. We begin in a state of shaking, transition to dance, then to seated meditation and finally, laying in meditation. Delivering beautiful results, this experience helps us to release and awaken our temples.
SOUND HEALING IMMERSION
Journey into deeply peaceful and meditative states through the sacred world of sound. These immersions soothe the nervous system, while creating positive internal shifts and fostering heart-opening experiences.
ACCOMMODATIONS
RONORA LODGE + RETREAT CENTER
Since 1988, RONORA has restored its buildings as well as preserved its 400+ acre parcel, making it a complete natural wonder. Enjoy comfortable accommodations here and a truly unplugged experience with no internet! Guests have access to the main house, recreation area and abundant nature throughout their entire stay.
Featuring pastures, fields, wetland, forests, lake, wildlife and flora, this is a place where you can "feel Mother Earth, sense Her balance and find your own." RONORA is easy to reach, hard to leave, and in a world all its own.

An emerging though leader of his generation, Adam is committed to bringing positive change to the world. In 2018, he founded Sacred Sojourn and began designing and leading transformational experiences worldwide that focus on the art and soul of sacred living. Some of Adam's favorite things include ceremony, nature, laughing, kayaking, and traveling. His other successful work includes the production company, Anahata Productions and the auto-biographical story, I Love.
CORI DOUGLAS
PRIVATE CHEF + CULINARY ALCHEMIST
Cori is a retreat chef and ceremonial space-holder, bringing her passion for over twenty years of quality nutrition and using food as medicine. A true alchemist in (and out of) the kitchen, she merges her heart and voice through everything she creates. Cori founded Lady Marigold in 2016 and Joyfull Hearth in 2021, providing herbal apothecary, catering, and wellness services for humanity. Cori's deepest passion and purpose is to ignite a Joy-Full Earth.

WHERE DO WE TRAVEL TO?
RONORA Lodge + Retreat Center in Watervliet, Michigan. We are staying in Trilogy, one of the lodges on the property.
HOW DO WE GET THERE?
Guests are invited to carpool and/or shuttle themselves. Mindful parking is permitted directly on the property.
WHEN DO WE ARRIVE?
The event begins on September 15, 2023. Guests are welcome to arrive between 3pm - 4:30pm. Opening Circle begins at 5pm.
WHEN DO WE DEPART?
The event ends on September 17, 2023 at 2:30PM. Guests will enjoy a meal before departure.
WHAT DO WE BRING?
All essential information regarding the gathering, including a packing list will be delivered to you three months before your event begins.
WHAT DO WE NOT BRING?
Pets, alcohol or illegal substances, weapons of any kind, bad vibes or drama
HOW DO WE REGISTER?
To complete this process, you must submit a registration form, a form of payment (payment in full or a personal payment plan), and will be asked to sign a contract.
