ASH CAVE GORGE
In the southernmost reaches of Hocking Hills is Ash Cave - beyond doubt the most spectacular feature of the entire park. Ash Cave is the largest, most impressive recess cave in the state.
This remote, primitive chasm is laden with hemlock and bound by steep rock walls and their accompanying grottos and waterfalls. It is a wild and lonely but spectacularly beautiful place.
OLD MAN'S CAVE
Thousands of years of erosion birthed this incredible cave, where various forms of plant life thrive. According to legend, Richard Rowe lived briefly in the cave in 1796, resulting in the name Old Man's Cave.
SACRED HEART VULNERABILITY
Diving into one of our greatest human strengths, we remember our truest sense of belonging. This workshop, involving group discussions and partner exercises, is a transformative heart-opener designed to help us overcome obstacles on our paths and discover the art of being seen.
Rock House is unique in the Hocking Hills' region, as it is the only true cave in the park. It is a tunnel-like corridor situated midway up a 150-foot cliff of Blackhand sandstone.
During this soulful experience, we are invited to open our hearts we dive into the art of expressive movement. Everyone is encouraged to be authentic and to move (or not move) their body how they feel most organically pulled.
Welcome peace and stillness as you journey into deep meditative states through the world of sound. These immersions create positive internal shifts, heal emotional wounds, help the body soften and foster heart-opening experiences.
DAILY MEDITATION, MOVEMENT
Embrace opportunities to explore writing, learn breath work exercises and practice meditation as well as sacred movement. A disciplined, daily practice supports new pathways for change and welcomes a deeper transformations of Self.
