Professional Standards Acknowledgment:
Our retreats require a high level of timeliness, organization, clear communication, and commitment to guest safety. Facilitators are expected to arrive prepared, follow agreed-upon schedules, communicate proactively, and uphold safety standards at all times.
I understand that meeting these professional standards is required to participate as a facilitator.
Referral Requirement:
Guest facilitators at Sacred Sojourn agree to refer a minimum of five (5) confirmed, paid retreat participants by the agreed-upon enrollment deadline. If this requirement is not met, Sacred Sojourn reserves the right to adjust compensation, revise the facilitator’s role, or remove the facilitator from the retreat team.
