LOVERS LEAP TRAIL
Lover's Leap is a rock outcropping on the Appalachian Trail in Hot Springs. This 1.8 mile trail is known for its subtly challenging incline and exquisite panoramic views of the French Broad River and Pisgah National Forest.


FRYINGPAN MOUNTAIN OVERLOOK TOWER TRAIL
The United States Forest Service built this famous 70-foot tower in 1941 to watch for fires until the early 1990s. Today, only hikers enjoy the views from the tower and it is now on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy unforgettable views 5,340-ft atop Fryingpan Mountain that include Cold Mountain, Mt. Pisgah and Looking Glass Rock.


MAX PATCH LOOP TRAIL
Some call this “the crown jewel of the Appalachian Trail." This 4,600-foot bald mountain was cleared and used as pastured in the 1880s. Today, it's a 350-acre tract of open land on a high knob with 360-degree views. This 1.7 mile trail is one the most the most incredible settings you will experience in the Blue Ridge Mountains.


SOUND HEALING IMMERSION
Welcome stillness as you journey into deep meditative states through a vast spaciousness and the sacred world of sound. Enjoy this immersive experience — intended to create peaceful and positive shifts, heal emotional wounds, and foster heart-opening experiences.
1-HOUR NATURAL MINERAL BATH
These health-giving waters have been famous since 1778. Relax in the mineral water to relieve stress and fatigue from the mind and body. They also ease stiffness, help increase circulation and oxygen flow. Enjoy group mineral baths and a wonderful hour-long soak.
ACTIVE MEDITATION EXPERIENCE
This is a powerful shaking and dancing meditation. We begin in a state of shaking, transition to dance, then to seated meditation and finally, laying in meditation. Delivering beautiful results, this workshop helps us to release and awaken our temples.


ECSTATIC DANCE EXPERIENCE
Beginning with gentle yoga, we are invited to open our hearts we dive into the art of expressive movement. Everyone is encouraged to be authentic and to move (or not move) their body how they feel most organically pulled.
JOURNALING, MEDITATION + MOVEMENT PRACTICES
Welcome change and deep transformations of the Self. Embrace daily opportunities to explore your inner and outer world through journaling and meditation, all while nourishing your body with movement.

WHEEL OF BLISS RETREAT CENTER
Hidden away deep in Blue Ridge, Wheel Of Bliss retreat overlooks a sea of forested land. Outside, breathe in the fresh forest air, hear the rush of waterfalls, and see peaks of mountains in the distance. Gather your group on our spacious deck for yoga, meditation, dining, and more. Hike trails and bathe in fresh spring water. Inside, enter a sacred space. Practice, heal, and relax in our altar room adorned with sacred paintings and effigies from the Himalayas.
All 63 acres of this land qualifies as a certified Wildlife Habitat under The National Wildlife Federation. Additionally, the staff at Wheel of Bliss is working with local, state, and federal conversation programs to create sanctuaries for endangered species, protect our forests and transition to 100% renewable, off-grid energy sources.

An emerging though leader of his generation, Adam is committed to bringing positive change to the world. He leads an international events company, designs and facilitates transformative experiences worldwide, that concentrate on the art and soul of sacred living. Some of his favorite things include nature, laughing, kayaking, and traveling. His other work includes founding the successful production company, Anahata Productions as well as writing / publishing the auto-biographical story, I Love.

Cori is a retreat chef and ceremonial space-holder, bringing her passion for over twenty years of quality nutrition and using food as medicine. A true alchemist in (and out of) the kitchen, she merges her heart and voice through everything she creates. Cori founded Lady Marigold in 2016 and Joyfull Hearth in 2021, providing herbal apothecary, catering, and wellness services for humanity. Cori's deepest passion and purpose is to ignite a Joy-Full Earth.

CULINARY ALCHEMIST + PRIVATE CHEF

Seeking a new outlet for her mind and body after she was no longer playing basketball competitively, Claudia discovered yoga. She quickly fell in love with the physical and mental benefits of yoga and has fully committed to sharing this practice with the world. Claudia is a total nature lover who still enjoys basketball, as well as hiking, spending time with her family and husband. She is the Desk / Retail Manager at her local studio, Body Language and teaches there too, choosing yoga as a living, breathing part of her life.

With a longtime yoga practice, studying with different teachers, and a background in education — over the last 25 years, Deneene has worked with students, teachers and humans of all ages, levels, backgrounds, and abilities. She facilitates yoga classes, healing arts workshops, and women’s circles and wholly believes in the transformative, healing, and empowering nature of embodied expression in all forms: writing, art, breath, movement, ritual, and meditation.

Cancellation Policy: With the exception of the non-refundable deposit, you are eligible for a refund until 180 days before our event start date (April 19, 2023). No one books with an intention to cancel or postpone, so please consider travel insurance.
Payment Plan Policy: It is important that all payments are on time. If a payment is 3 days late with no contact or approved payment postponement, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. No refunds or credits will become available.

FAQs
WHERE DO WE TRAVEL TO?
If you are flying, Asheville Regional Airport. From there, you can rent a car to drive yourself to Wheel of Bliss Retreat Center or a shuttle service can be arranged and provided for those who need. If you are driving, your destination is Hot Springs, North Carolina.
Recommendations for accommodations outside of your retreat experience, are provided in your Retreat Packet.
HOW DO WE GET THERE?
An optional arrival shuttle will be available at Asheville Regional Airport at 12pm, October 19, 2023. It is $45 per shuttle, and is not included in your overall retreat price. Please do not be late.
If you are driving, an address and instructions are also provided in your Retreat Packet.
WHEN DO WE GET THERE?
Arrivals and guest check-in takes place from 12 - 4pm on October 19, 2023.
WHEN DOES THIS EVENT END?
We will share a meal and have time to pack before departures begin 12pm on October 23, 2023. An optional shuttle can take you to Asheville Regional Airport. It is $45 per shuttle, and is not included in your overall retreat price.

We always invite and encourage others to embrace the magic of this experience. If you are attending this retreat in solo-style, but do not wish to travel alone, we can do our best to connect and coordinate you with another guest. Everyone is very welcoming here!
